Pricing & billing questions.
How does volume-gating work?
Each tier has a prime-mover limit. You're free to add unlimited trailers, dollies, and other assets. When you exceed your tier's prime-mover limit, the platform prompts you to upgrade — no service interruption, just a one-click move to the next tier.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Adding a prime mover above your tier limit returns an upgrade prompt rather than failing silently. We don't auto-charge or auto-upgrade — you stay in control. Drop straight to your billing portal and pick a new tier.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period via the Stripe-powered customer portal. No clawbacks, no exit fees, no minimum term.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Currently all plans bill monthly. Annual pricing is on the roadmap. If you need it sooner — particularly at Fleet Plus or Enterprise tier — get in touch and we'll look at it case by case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed by Stripe in AUD. Direct debit and EFT are available at Enterprise tier on request.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. All customer data is stored in our Sydney-region database. Backups are also Australia-resident.
What's not included?
The platform is a compliance-management tool, not a regulator-accepted submission system. AccrediTURN is a feasibility-screening tool — formal PBS submissions still require an NHVR-accepted assessment package.
