Pricing and billing questions.
How does volume-gated pricing work?
Each tier has a prime-mover limit. Trailers, dollies and supporting assets are unlimited at every tier. When the fleet grows past a tier's cap, you move up.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
The platform prompts you when prime-mover count goes past the tier cap. You stay in control of when to upgrade — no auto-jumping to a higher plan without warning.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly through Stripe. Cancel or change tier through the customer portal. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
Is GST included in the listed prices?
Yes. All listed prices are AUD, GST inclusive. Tax invoices are issued automatically through Stripe at each billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans run at roughly two months free versus the monthly price. Get in touch through the contact page if you'd like to be set up on an annual cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments in AUD via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoiced billing or alternative payment arrangements through the contact page.
Is AccrediRoad a formal PBS assessment tool?
No. AccrediRoad is a compliance management platform. Formal PBS submissions, engineering assessments and NHVR decisions remain separate from the workspace.
