// About AccrediRoad

Built by a PBS specialist who knows the work.

Australian PBS compliance still runs on PDFs, inboxes, spreadsheets and the memory of one person who knows where everything is. AccrediRoad replaces that with a single workspace for permits, VAs, DAs, fleet records and route access — purpose-built for the way PBS-accredited operators actually work.

Why this matters.

PBS compliance isn't admin. It decides where assets can operate, which combinations are lawful, when permits expire, and what evidence is on hand when an auditor walks in.

  • Permits and approvals in one workspace
  • Route access made visual
  • Combinations checked before dispatch
  • Records kept for audit and review
// The story

Why AccrediRoad exists.

AccrediRoad started where most useful software starts: someone fed up. The compliance work behind a Performance-Based Standards fleet — Vehicle Assessments, Design Approvals, route permits, gazette notices, swept-path checks — is enormous, the data is scattered, and most of it still lives in PDFs, inboxes and spreadsheets that one person knows how to read.

Operators kept describing the same problem in slightly different words: "I need to see all of this in one place, and I need it to be right."

So AccrediRoad was built — to centralise permits, map route access against the real gazetted networks, link assets to the VAs and DAs that approve them, track renewals before they bite, and keep a clean trail of the checks made along the way.

AccrediRoad isn't trying to replace the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. It isn't trying to replace engineers. It's trying to replace the spreadsheet.

15 years PBS experience
// Behind the platform

15 years of PBS expertise.
In every feature.

AccrediRoad was built by an Australian PBS specialist with 15 years of hands-on experience securing VAs and DAs from NHVR, managing permits for operators, and navigating the gap between what the regulator publishes and what fleets actually need to run.

Every feature exists because someone has personally watched an operator lose a load over a permit nobody knew had expired, spend a week reconstructing a fleet register before an audit, or guess whether a road was on the approved network because the gazette notice was 80 pages long.

// Principles

Three things that don't compromise.

The platform's positioning, build and pricing all flow from these.

// 01

Australian-built for Australian PBS work.

The schema, the map, the chat, the renewals — every piece is shaped by how Australian PBS-accredited operators actually run. Not a generic compliance tool with a PBS sticker.

// 02

Honest about scope.

AccrediRoad is a compliance management platform. It doesn't replace the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, certifying engineers, or formal PBS submission work. It handles the records, the visibility and the trail.

// 03

No lock-in.

Monthly plans. Cancel any time. Tier matches fleet size, every feature available on every tier. Operators stay because the platform earns its place, not because the contract makes leaving expensive.

"

Compliance shouldn't be a cabinet of PDFs. It should be a map, a clock and a set of green ticks.

AccrediRoad · Founding principle
// Who it's for

Built around the people doing the work.

PBS compliance touches dispatch, route access, asset utilisation, renewals, audit evidence and day-to-day operational confidence. AccrediRoad is built around the people who carry that.

// Compliance managers

Stop chasing PDFs.

Permits, VAs, DAs, route access and renewal visibility in one workspace — instead of scattered files, shared drives and a master spreadsheet only you can read.

// Operations teams

Answer dispatch questions fast.

Know which combinations can operate where, before dispatch decisions turn into route access or compliance problems at a weighbridge.

// Owners

Reduce key-person risk.

Move PBS knowledge out of one person's head and into a structured, visual compliance workspace anyone in the business can read.

// Ready when you are

Get your PBS records under control.

Start with one asset, one VA and one permit. Build the system properly. Scale it as the fleet grows.
