Use the credentials you just created. Your workspace is already provisioned and waiting.

Add one prime mover to the fleet register — VIN, rego, axle configuration, combination type, division.
Upload your first VA (and DA if applicable)
Drag in a VA, and a DA if you run trailers or dollies. AccrediRoad extracts the structured detail from the PDF and links it back to the asset.
Add your first PBS permit
Capture road list, mass scheme, bridge tier and expiry. Link the permit to the VA it operates on.
Review route access on the map
Open the live PBS map. Filter by combination type. Confirm gazetted networks line up with what your permits cover.
Check expiry dates and document records
Visit the dashboard. Confirm renewals are surfacing the right dates and the document history looks clean.
Self-serve or guided.
The setup steps above apply to every tier. The level of hands-on support depends on the plan.
